The Northeast Region (consisting of the Genesee, Keystone, and Susquehanna Conferences) is part of the Free Methodist Church of North America.  This General Conference incorporates over 1,000 local churches in almost every U.S. state as well as the United Kingdom.

There are 3 bishops that preside over this General Conference.
